Julie is a registered dietitian committed to promoting a healthy nutrition lifestyle. She provides store tours, group classes, individual consultations and answers to nutrition questions from Hy-Vee customers, employees and surrounding communities. Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health from Missouri Western State College, St. Joseph, Missouri, and a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Food Service Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her passion is interacting with customers and helping fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all ages reach their potential through proper nutrition. She has more than 20 years of experience working with high school, college and Olympic athletes.
