As a Hy-Vee dietitian since 2013, Stephanie enjoys helping customers make choices that are meaningful and sustainable for their lifestyle. Her goal is to make food and nutrition simple while guiding clients to find purpose and passion with their health. Stephanie takes a mindful eating approach and believes food should be savored and enjoyed. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from Iowa State University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. At Hy-Vee, Stephanie offers a wide range of services to help make life easier, healthier and happier.
